I plan to hand quilt it following the curves and cannot wait to see the raw edges once it is all washed. Now, I just need to decide on the binding fabric and order it so I can finish it up!

First Quilt Top Finish of 2014!
I picked up a Bluebird Park (by Kate and Birdie for Moda) layer cake a few months ago when I stumbled upon an adorable quilt shop in West Seattle, WA (www.westseattlefabriccompany.com). I loved both the shop and the fabric collection and had many ideas on how to use the material. I decided upon the In a Jiffy - Ric Rac pattern from Thimble Blossoms, scaled to a toddler size, and I love it!
I plan to hand quilt it following the curves and cannot wait to see the raw edges once it is all washed. Now, I just need to decide on the binding fabric and order it so I can finish it up!
